Introduction:
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constititutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a wriiten solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number is HSHQDC-14-Q-00225. The solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. The North American Industrial Classification Sysyem (NAICS) code for this procurement is 5141511. The Government anticpates an award of a firm fixed price task order with a period of performance (POP) of a base year and four (4) one year options.
