Travel Management Services for US Embassy Windhoek
The requirement is for providing travel management services to the U.S. Embassy, Windhoek, as described in the solicitation. The contract type is a requirements type contract for all travel management services required by the agencies.
The contract will be for a one-year period with four one-year options to renew,if exercised by the Government.
The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor.
The Government will conduct a pre-proposal conference and the date for this conference is in the solicitation.
All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 5.207. Therefore prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
