Department of Agriculture Forest Service R-3 Southwestern Region/Apache_Sitgreaves The USDA Forest Service, Apache'sitgreaves National Forests, Springerville, Arizona, has a requirement for an Environmental Impact Statement that results in Record Of Decision (ROD) using the Forest Service Template for designating a Public Motorized Transportation System, under the Travel Management Rule (TMR) Federal Register/Vol-.70 No. 216, Wednesday, November 9, 2005, 68264-68290. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract under the Request For Proposal (RFP) format. This project has been set-aside 100% for Small Business under NAICS code 541620. The solicitation package, plans, and specifications will be made available on or after February 1, 2008, and will be posted. No Telephone requests for solicitation packages will be accepted. You may request printed copy of the solicitation package by Fax to: (928) 333-5966, Attn: Margaret Cisco. A formal Pre-Proposal/Site Visit has been re-scheduled to 10:00 am, on February 12, 2008, location: Supervisor's Office, 30 S. Chiricahua Drive, Springerville, AZ 85938. Prior to the Pre-Proposal meeting, Offerors may fax RFP questions to the Attn: Warren Abbott, 928-333-5966. The last day to request proposal packages shall be revised to February 21, 2008. The Closing Date for Offers shall be revised to March 4, 2008, 4:30 p.m. MST.
