Travel Demand Model Update
The Council invites qualified firms to submit proposals for professional services to assist in updating and enhancing their 4-step travel demand model. This solicitation and resulting contract are subject to any related federal laws, regulations and guidelines. There will not be a scheduled pre-proposal meeting for this procurement.
