Trash Receptacle/Dumpster Collection Services
The County Board of Commissioners (hereafter referred to as BOC) is interested in receiving sealed public bids to provide commercial (Non-resident) Trash Receptacle/Dumpster Collection Services. The successful Bidder will be required to provide all the material (including receptacles as necessary), labor, and equipment required to accomplish this project in a highly professional and efficient manner. Technical specifications and stipulations contained below are expected to be adhered to without exception. Specification change(s) shall not be accomplished without prior written approval from the Contract Administrator.
The successful Bidder will empty the receptacles/dumpsters on-site and place them back in their designated area. Should the successful Bidder discharge refuse while servicing the receptacle, it will be responsible for policing the area so that the area remains in the same condition as found prior to servicing. It will be the successful Bidder=s responsibility, at its cost, to properly dispose of all materials collected.
