The Casino Reinvestment Development Authority ("CRDA") is an independent authority which was created in 1984 by Chapter 218 of the laws of the State of New Jersey (N.J.S.A. 5:12153, et seq.). The CRDA is responsible for investing a portion of the casino gaming industry's revenues into urban revitalization projects in Atlantic City and other programs in New Jersey.
By way of this Request For Proposals ("RFP"), CRDA is seeking to engage an engineering and
planning team (the "Consultant") under one contract to address the scope of services defined herein.
The contract to be awarded hereunder will be substantially in the form attached as Exhibit 4 to this RFP, and includes all the provisions therein and in this entire RFP.
