Transportation of Explosives (Fireworks)
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is issuing a combined synopsis / solicitation for the transportation of explosives (fireworks) 600,000 pounds 1.1 G (UN0333) Explosives (Fireworks) from Alda, NE to China Lake, CA.
