Transportation Services
Each Tour will require one (1) late model (manufactured within the last 3 years) Mini-bus (Vanterra XL or Proposed Equal) in pristine condition plus one (1) driver. Each mini-bus shall have the ability to accommodate approximately twelve (12) passengers and the one driver; including luggage. The driver shall be provided accommodations by the agency for lodging only (no meals). The drive time required of each tour shall not exceed 10 hours per day nor 15 hours of total duty time without an eight hour break.
