Transportation Routing & Scheduling System
The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain fixed price proposals from firms specializing in Transportation Routing and Scheduling System (System) to support the day-to-day transit planning and transit operations of the County?s Commuter Bus Services for the Office of Transportation (OTS). The successful firm shall be capable of providing a fully operational turnkey Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) system solution, including configuration, customization, installation, training, testing and acceptance and user documentation and conversion services as required herein, as well as system maintenance and update services.
Offering firms shall meet the minimum qualifications contained in Section 5.0. Failure to meet the minimum qualifications shall be cause to reject the proposal as non-responsive.
