Transportation Portal
The State is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a transportation portal. The The Department is seeking bids for an American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials(AASHTO)) standards Portal. They are looking at doing a full conversion from books to electronic web use. Awarded vendor shall provide complete access to most all the ASTM and AASHTO specifications that Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) uses, through a single access web location, which will allow all KDOT personnel to locate any ASTM or AASHTO specification required for their work tasks.
