Transportation Planning and Traffic Engineering Services

The purpose of this RFP is to obtain qualified consultants to provide traffic engineering and traffic analysis, transportation planning, transit signal priority system design and implementation, and related services on a work order basis required to implement a variety of transit priority treatments and/or to develop the analysis required to convince local traffic engineers to implement traffic operations/TSP projects that benefit transit operations.
