Transportation Plan Update
The Contractor shall provide a comprehensive transportation plan for the Southwest region of Alaska evaluating all Southwest area. The Contracting Agency reserves the right to negotiate further planning or engineering studies, contingent on available funding. regional modes of transportation: surface, marine, and air, with specific emphasis on public transportation facilities. The final plan will be a concise and user-friendly document with appropriate references. Its transportation recommendations will include supporting rationale to allow the Contracting Agency to make rational investments in public transportation
