Transportation Nexus Studies
The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) seeks assistance from a consultant, or team of consultants, to develop a three part nexus study to support existing and proposed transportation related development impact and mitigation fees. All work performed in connection with the nexus study will be overseen by a Transportation Nexus Studies Steering Committee composed of the SFMTA, City Planning Department, Mayors Office of Economic Development, Controllers Office, City Attorney and the San Francisco County Transportation Authority. The first part of the nexus study will support the continued collection of the existing Transit Impact Development Fee (TIDF) The second part will support the possible imposition of a new Comprehensive Transportation Impact Development Fee (CTIDF). The third part will support the possible imposition of a new Automobile Trip Mitigation Fee (ATMF). The RFP and various exhibits are attached below.
