Transportation Equipment Upgrade
The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency/Missile and Space Intelligence Center (DIA/MSIC), Building 4545, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5500 intends to issue a purchase order to Thompson Tractor Co, Inc 2401 Pinson Hwy Birmingham, AL 35217 for services to refurbish and upgrade existing transportation assets. These services include mechanical and electrical upgrades to an IT24F Forklift, 1996 Kenworth W900, Grove RT58D Crane, and a 2007 International 990.
FAR solicitation provisions 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items are applicable to this requirement.
