This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base period of one year with provisions for 4 one-year option periods covering NSN 6680-01-396-1605, Transmitter, Liquid Quantity, in accordance with Simmonds Precision Products CAGE 89305 P/N 20047-0101. The estimated annual quantity is 96 EA. The guaranteed minimum is 24 EA which is applicable only to the base year. The five-year maximum contract quantity is 480 EA. FOB Origin; Inspection Acceptance Destination. Solicitation will be issued Unrestricted on an Other Than Full and Open Competitive basis. Item is not commercial. Item is used in support of the Hercules C-130 Aircraft. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. The expected issue date is June 6, 2014. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Clause 252.225-7021 Trade Agreements will be included in the solicitation.
