Transmission Design and Construction Oversight Consulting
Qualifications are being sought from firms with successful experience in designing transmission lines in developed urban areas and who can represent the owner in the total implementation of the design through completion of construction. Firms are invited to submit demonstrated competence and qualifications of their firm for providing these services. The information contained within this document is intended to provide interested firms with the requirements and criteria that will be used to make the selection.
