Translink issues RFP for Call Centre and Internet Journey Planner provision
Key Deliverables:
Deliver and implement a new integrated journey planner with fresh design and added functionality for deployment across Translink corporate website and Call Centre,
Journey planners must be capable of planning multi-modal and multi-legged journeys,
Journey planners must be capable of utilising scheduling, RTPI, mapping and address datasets and incorporating these seamlessly into planning process,
Journey Planner adhere to data transfer industry standards such as ATCOcif & TransXchange, etc to accept data feeds and also provide facility to populate from paper based schedules where necessary,
Journey planners must be readily deployed across emerging platforms such as mobile devices, etc.
The result of this exercise will be to short list Applicants which it is hoped will be Invited to Tender.
Duration of Contract: 2 years with two additional options for 1 year each.
