Transitional Housing Program Plus Merced County, CA
Performing all work necessary in accordance with the "Scope of Work and other related documents for "Transitional Housing Program Plus". This program is to secure services for Youth aging out of the Foster Care System. This is a fully State funded program to help provide living accommodations and supportive services to these Youth Adults.
