Transition Team Staff Augmentation

The Louisiana Division of Administration, Office of Community Development, Disaster Recovery Unit (OCR/DRU) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals from interested entities to provide business related staff augmentation consulting in support of the Road Home Transition Team. These consulting staff will provide staff augmentation to supplement the State staff assigned to the Road Home Transition team within OCD/DRU. This Transition Team is responsible for managing the project to replace ICF as the primary contractor operating the Road Home Homeowner Assistance, Small Rental Property, and Piggyback programs. The existing contract with ICF expires on June 19, 2009, and can not be extended beyond that date. The State's goal is to have the ICF successor under contract in January 2009 in order to facilitate a smooth transition of responsibilities and services.
