Transit-oriented Develop & Walkable Urbanism Codes
The City is conducting procurement for planning and design services. The project is funded in part by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Community Challenge Planning Grant program and aims to create a new, livable model for urban development The city desires to select a firm competent in producing supportive zoning and regulatory codes for transit-oriented development and walkable urbanism, site and infrastructure design, and public/private partnership infrastructure cost estimating and financing strategies allowable under Arizona state law.
