SANDAG is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to conduct a transit public opinion telephone survey concerning the public's use and opinions regarding local public transportation, as detailed in Request for Proposal (RFP) #5000941.

The purpose of the survey is to gather information from both current transit riders and nonriders regarding their opinions and use of public transportation. The survey results will be used to measure residents' propensity for riding transit, ridership patterns, and factors contributing to residents riding or not riding transit, along with other transit related issues.
