Transit Oriented Development Program Funding
The County Housing, Community and Transit (HCWT) and the Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HCHRA) announce the availability of up to $598,000 in grant funding to support transit-oriented development (TOD) along corridors where transit service is frequent and has a high capacity. Eligible projects include infrastructure of placemaking investments, site acquisition, and/or development projects that meet TOD Program criteria. Eligible applicants include cities, development authorities, port authorities, as well as nonprofit and for-profit developers.
