Transit Oriented Development Improvements for a Transportation Center
The Department is releasing this Request for Expressions of Interest to assist in identifying development alternatives for replacing an obsolete parking structure while enhancing the operations at the Transportation Center through Transit Oriented Development strategies.
Through this initiative the Department intends to explore all available opportunities to partner with private stakeholders to create and develop a potential Transit Oriented Development that takes advantage of the Transportation Centers prime location. It is envisioned as a mechanism to utilize the site to its highest and best use while enhancing its use as a transit center as well as its image within the community.
