Transit Needs Assessment and Planning Study
The Council is seeking a qualified consultant to conduct a transit needs assessment and planning study. Several communities and public transportation providers in the region face continued intense population growth, public transportation funding challenges, and service coordination barriers. The intent of this effort is to identify existing conditions, detail existing needs for public transportation, describe future growth of those needs, and create a realistic menu of transit options that could be implemented in the next three to five years.
