Transit Fare Media

The Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board (DNFSB) intends to award a sole source contract to the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) for the procurement of fare media  (i.e., SmartBenefits, Anytime Benefits, and SmartTrip cards)  under WMATA systems (i.e., Metrorail).  WMATA is the sole provider of fare media under its sytems.  This is not a request of offers from other sources.
