The City desires a qualified CONTRACTOR to sell and manage transit advertising services using existing interior and exterior coach space on bus and light-rail vehicles set aside for this purpose, on bus and light-rail schedules and on TVM (ticket vending machine) light-rail ticket stock. The CONTRACTOR shall also be responsible for all advertisement printing, application and removal of advertisements, accounting, sales, billing, advertisements, and Rate Card(s) required in the selling of advertising space.
