Transfer of Development Rights Feasibility Study
The District is seeking the services of a Planning and Real Estate Consultant (the Consultant) to develop a market feasibility study for establishing a regional Transfer of Development Rights (TDR) Program. The selected Consultant should have significant experience in conducting market analyses and feasibility studies for TDR programs.
