PRON: AX4F0534AX; NOUN: Transducer, Motional; NSN: 6695-01-371-6310; P/N: 876-4115; Qty: 300 each on a One Time Buy type contract applicable to the UH-60 with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with Contractor Tested First Article Requirement is 300 each 413 Days After Contract Award (DACA). First Article Test Report is due 263 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Test is 300 each 275 DACA. This requirement is restricted to Mason Electric Company (CAGE Code: 81579) & Triman Industries, Inc. (CAGE Code: 0ZBE8). The Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All prospective manufacturers, or distributors, seeking to compete for a solicitation for Aviation and Missile Life Cycle Management Command (AMCOM) Spares, for any restricted source parts, are required to be an AMCOM approved source. To obtain approval, vendors must submit a SAR package, for review and approval, to the Engineering Directorate (ED), Quality Engineering Division. Source approval must be obtained prior to being considered for contract award. Approvals are made on an individual part number basis for a specific manufacturing location (CAGE). Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by following the SAR submission guidance provided on the website: http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar.

The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation however; solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
