Transcription Services
The goal for the use of transcription services is to allow social workers to leave a client‟s home, the court, a school, or any case related activities, and to be able to immediately call in and dictate a description of their case related activity in order to, not only meet the extensive case documentation requirements, but to increase the accuracy and timeliness of case recordings and to make more efficient use of the worker‟s time.
