Transcription Management System
This document is intended to establish an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity offer agreement to provide the County (“County”) with a Transcription Management System and related implementation and maintenance/support services as the County may order by issuing a Master Agreement pursuant to a resulting executed and effective agreement.
