The provision of training and professional development is a primary mandate of the
Michigan Works! Association. The Association fulfills this mandate through a variety of
approaches, including workshops and onsite technical assistance. The purpose of this
Request For Proposal is to identify potential trainers and consultants to provide those
services from January, 2008 through December, 2010.
