Training and Software Development Analysis Project
The purpose of this Request for Offer ("RFO") is to ask vendors ("Vendors") to propose their approach to assisting the Company with a project to do the following:
--Rewrite the application for the clinical practice management software
utilizing .NET and Microsoft's SQL Server database,
--Develop technical and user documentation to support the rewritten system,
--Develop installation programs to install the system on customer computer
systems,
--Develop conversion programs to move data from the current system into the
newly developed one,
--Implement leading edge software tools for software development, source code management, testing, project management and other relevant tools necessary to maximize the quality of the application for Texas Centers software and maximize staff productivity,
--Assist in determining the technical competency of applicants for staff positions that the company may hire to participate in the project,
--Implement a software development and maintenance methodology that
maximizes quality and productivity.
