Training and Education Command (TECOM) Performance Management Statistical Analysis Support
The scope of this effort requires contractor support to the TECOM MTESD in order to improve the analytical rigor associated with the Command's overarching PfM activities; assess Service-level training programs; align TECOM priorities and the Service-level PMF; and provide continued support to the execution of a continuous process improvement program that enhances training and education programs information gleaned from analysis of lessons learned data.
