for the purchase of a Hybrid Wind Solar Trainer to be used in developing the Small Wind Turbine Technology Program and Solar Photovoltaic Technology Program. There is a need to purchase equipment that equips the University instructors with the skill set needed to teach courses in small wind and solar photovoltaic.
