Training Services.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) and any resulting contract award is to solicit proposals for assisting the State CIO (under the auspices of the Deputy State CIO) in providing ITIL training services through the Office of the State CIO's Operational Excellence Program (OEP). The OEP is a continual service improvement program based on best practices, particularly including the ITIL framework as owned and defined by the United Kingdom Office of Government Commerce.
