Training Services for Workforce Development Professionals
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified training providers who have the capacity to
develop and deliver both e‐learning and face‐to‐face training programs designed to support the skills
and knowledge of workforce development professionals. Training content must be capable of
encompassing federal and state workforce development policies and procedures.
