This information will be used by the 502 CONS/JBKBA for market research purposes only, and the submitted information will not be returned. Submitted information will be protected in accordance with DoDD 5400.11, Department of Defense Privacy Program, and DoD 5400.11-R, Department of Defense Privacy Program, and no feedback will be provided regarding submissions or the total number of submissions received. THE PURPOSE OF THIS NOTICE IS TO CONDUCT MARKET RESEARCH ONLY. The 502d Contracting Squadron at JBSA-Randolph is contemplating the acquisition of Alion Science and Technology's Training Management and Scheduling System (TMSS) Software to be installed, input of data, and maintenance in the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Microsoft Azure Cloud for one year. Please see the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for more details.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for this acquisition is 541511 - Custom Computer Program Services, the small business size standard is $27.5M. Interested firms are encouraged to recommend a more appropriate NAICS in their response; however, include the rationale for an alternate selection.
