Training Assessment and Design
Our Kids is seeking a design of a Case Management Training Institute through an extensive, multifaceted training needs assessment, coupled with an analysis of available training resources. The designing entity should have:
1. Specific expertise in development of public and private training and technical assistance initiatives in the behavioral health and human services field.
2. Contemporary knowledge of the Florida health and human services environment in general and of Our Kids and its member provider organizations in specific.
3. Team for this engagement with specific expertise in child welfare case management and related training issues.
