Trailer Rental for Yosemite National Park
Notice: 100% Set-aside under the Total Small Business Procurement Program, in accordance with FAR 19.502-2.
Description: The National Park Service, Yosemite National Park, has a requirement for one travel trailer rental to serve as temporary housing. Rental includes delivery, set-up, final cleaning, and removal per attached Statement of Work.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-99 (Effective June 15, 2018). The solicitation number is 140P8518Q0042, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation. The NAICS code is 532120 with an associated small business size standard of under $38.6 million dollars in annual receipts. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside, and will result in a firm fixed price purchase order to a single vendor determined to be responsive and responsible.
ATTACHMENTS TO THIS SOLICITATION. Besides the SF-18 solicitation form, there are three attachments; Attachment 01 (Quote/Pricing Sheet), Attachment 02 (Map), and Attachment 03 (Map).
In accordance with FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, the following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price and Technical Capability. Price and Technical Capability are equivalent in importance.
