THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR QUOTE OR AN ANNOUNCEMENT OF A SOLICITATION.
This sources sought request for information is for the purpose of conducting market research to provide data for planning purposes. This sources sought synopsis announcement does not constitute a formal solicitation and is not a request for proposal, request for quote, invitation for bid, does not obligate the government to award a contract, issue a solicitation, reimburse respondents for any proposal preparation and/or submittal costs, nor does its issuance in any way restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submittals will not be returned to the sender.
Services to be performed: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Bragg, has a requirement for a trailer replacement/relocation service. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to execute the disassembly, movement, and staging of a double wide trailer currently located at the base of the Camp Mackall Army Airfield (MAAF) ATC tower to an area approximately 500 feet away. Within close proximity, but on the opposite side of the Camp Mackall Army Airfield (MAAF) Tower, an eight section modular trailer currently located 0.5 miles away at the Rowe Training Complex will completely reassembled. Prior to movement from the Rowe Training Complex, commercial power disconnect, disassembly, and movement of the eight section modular trailer is required. A commercial power hook up shall be reestablished and terminated at the power pedestal upon full reassembly in the location cited within close proximity of the Camp Mackall Army Airfield (MAAF) Tower. Except for those items specified as government-furnished property and services,. The contractor shall perform to the standards detailed in this Statement of Work (SOW), in this contract.

Responses to this notice will assist the government in identifying potential sources and determining if a set-aside of the solicitation is appropriate. Firms responding to this announcement should include company name, cage code, point of contact, address, phone number, small business size, and indicate whether they are small business, 8(a) concern, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, HUB Zone small business, small disadvantaged business, or women-owned small business. For the purposes of being considered a small business, the following applies: NAICS- 484230, Size Standard- $27.5M. The Government reserves the right to set-aside any subsequent acquisition based upon known sources and/or responses to this sources sought. Responses are requested no later than 4 April 2017 and questions need to be submitted no later than 31 March 2017 1700hr EST.
