The City is pleased to issue this Request for Proposals (RFP) for Consultant Services to
develop trail standards to be used for future planning and design. The purpose of this RFP is to
outline the scope of services and to solicit a proposal from a qualified consultant to conduct
research, lead staff and community engagement, and develop standards to adopt.
