Trail Improvement Project
- This RFP had a pre-bid event.
The Department is seeking services for the Trail Improvement Project. An unimproved maneuver trail is currently unstable and erosive. The area supports heavy usage and the problem is worsening. This project is designed to stabilize the trail surface and manage storm runoff. This work will a) improve site accessibility, b) improve soldier safety, c) reduce ongoing trail maintenance needs, and d) protect the watershed from excessive erosion and sedimentation.
