Traffic Signal Design Services
The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain the services of qualified professionals to provide traffic signal design services for the County. It is also the intent of this RFP to establish one or more fixed fee open-end contracts on an "as needed" basis for a one (1) year base period with four (4) additional option years. The number of contracts will depend on the number and quality of the proposals received, with a minimum of one (1) contract and a maximum of two (2) contracts. The successful firm(s) must demonstrate proven skills and technical competence in the design of traffic signals and the design of intersection improvements that may include traffic circles, safety and other improvements in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
