The Northern Operations Region of the Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking expressions of interest from consulting engineering firms who wish to be considered to provide professional engineering services for the design and review of traffic signals, signs, ITS devices, pavement markers/markings, for the review of catalog cuts/shop drawings and for traffic engineering related studies and/or analyses on a statewide basis.
