Traffic Collision Avoidance Systems (TCAS) Indicators
The Government request to purchase up to twenty (20) Traffic Collision Avoidance Systems (TCAS) Indicators, Model IVA-81D, Part Number 066-01171-3706 for use in the HC-130H aircraft received and to be received from the US Coast Guard. Four (4) of these units are required as soon as possible.
In accordance with FAR 6.3, it has been determined that only the following item will meet the needs of the government (justification will be posted with the solicitation):

The resulting contract will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for a five year period with pricing for the indicators based on ordering periods identified in the solicitation. This requirement is not set aside for small business. The solicitation will be a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Solicitation will be awarded on a best value basis. Estimated award date is August 1, 2017.
