Traffic Calming Project
The City is requesting proposals from Professional Consulting Engineering Firms to provide design and construction services. Improvements generally entails the design and engineering of a center median at the entrance to serve as a traffic calming measure and a pedestrian refuge; reconfiguration of turning radii at intersection; safety improvements for crossing; evaluation of existing sidewalks; striping; signage; landscaping, irrigation and repair; assessment and design of drainage and traffic calming measures at the intersection. Consultant will also provide bidding, construction and post construction services.
