This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The National Park Service contemplates award of a firm fixed price contract as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation to the vendor; providing the best value to the Government. This requirement was previously listed as P17PS00732 NAICS 333120. That solicitation has been cancelled and replace with P17PS00865 with a new NAICS and a significant change to the scope of work -- estimated annual operating hours. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95 and are available in full text through Internet access at http:// www.acquisition.gov/far/.
This requirement is set aside for total small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333111 and the small business size standard is 1,250 employees.
This Acquisition may result in a firm fixed price, multi-year contract (base plus four option years).
The acquisition is in support of Grand Tetons National Park and is for branch of Vegetation Management.
All interested parties shall be registered in the System for Award Management or SAM prior to award.
