Township Website
The Township invites qualified service providers to submit proposals for a
redevelopment of the website content management of http://www.madawaskavalley.on.ca. The project
includes:
1. Redevelopment of the Municipal website http://www.madawaskavalley.on.ca - utilize a content
management system to highlight key information about the community and municipal
services to local residents, businesses, and potential new residents/businesses.
2. Access to all municipal forms and applications.
3. Secure Email and File retrieval for authorized persons.
4. Various Security access level
5. Ability for municipal staff to upload files, notices, etc. to the site.
6. Ability for staff to make minor changes to format of certain pages of the site.
7. Ability for residents and/or site visitor to submit questions.
8. Word search capability
9. Incorporate the Barrys Bay & Area Public Library into the municipal site.
10. At a minimum, incorporates recommendations from basic readiness: list recommended
in the Electronic Readiness by EDCO (Economic Developers Council of Ontario). See

11. All tasks must be completed by February 28, 2010.
