The Successor Agency to the Temecula Redevelopment Agency (Agency) is issuing a Request For Interest (RFI) and soliciting Statements of Interests (SOI) from qualified developers for a development opportunity within the City's Historic Old Town District. The development site is adjacent to the Temecula Civic Center in Old Town. The Agency owns the site and is seeking a qualified developer for the development of a mixed-use project that may include office, retail/commercial, restaurant and residential uses.
