Town RFP for Mowing Services

Residential and Commercial lawn mowing and weed eating at locations found to be in violation of the Town High Grass and Weed Ordinance by Town Staff.
Work must be completed within five (5) calendar days of notice provided via email by Town Staff. Digital pictures taken before and after mowing must be taken at each property verifying non-compliance with the ordinance and completion of the work. Pictures of the property must be transmitted to the Town within twenty-four (24) hours of completing the Mowing Services and invoices for each property mowed shall be submitted to the Town within five (5) calendar days of completion of work.
If the Moving Service Contractor determines that grass and weed are less than 8" in height, the property will not be mowed and the Moving Services Contractors shall, within twenty-four (24) hours, electronically send notice and a picture of the property to the Town of Fishers.
Properties must not be mowed to less than 3" height at any locations. Weed eating must be completed at time of mowing.
Damages made to property arising from the Mowing Service Contractor's mowing and/or weed-eating is the responsibility of the Mowing Service Contractor.
